Design Law No 129/1992 (as published in 2007) was republished in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, No 242/04.IV.2014, by virtue of Art. 248 of the Law No 187/2012 for the application of Law No 286/2009 on the Criminal Code, The republished version does not amend the design filing, examination and registration procedure, but modifies in part articles of Chapter V – Liabilities and Sanctions, namely Art. 50 and 52. Art. 25 is also amended by virtue of Law No 76/2012 for the aplication of the Law No 134/2010 regarding the Civil Procedure Code – in pdf format
